Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following are the terms and conditions that apply to all the purchase of goods from Art N Spice Creations. By placing an order for goods you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions that govern your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products
The majority of our cards are hand made, and therefore variations to the images displayed may occur, but we will endeavour to reproduce the design of the card as close to the original as possible. Where this is not possible a suitable replacement will be made where appropriate (unless customer states otherwise). Most of our cards are individually created so please allow 2-3 weeks for larger orders.

All cards come with a coloured envelope and are cello wrapped. Most items are delivered in a jiffy style bag.

Price
Prices shown on the website are in UK pounds sterling and includes delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price of orders previously confirmed will not be affected by this change.

Payment
Payment can be made by any method specified on this website. Cheque payments can be sent to us at our contact address. All goods will be charged at prices ruling at time of despatch. Goods will be sent as soon as cheque/funds are cleared. This takes approximately 5 working days.

This Company accepts payment my PayPal, Cheques, Banker’s Draft and Postal Orders. Make payments to “Art and Spice Creations”.

Cancellations and Refunds
Any defects to the quality, condition or quantity of the goods, or goods loss or damage in transit, please notify Art N Spice Creations within 7 working days of delivery. Return it unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund covering the goods that were sold.

The Company will not accept any cost or loss caused by the Customer through neglect or lack of instructions or default shall be paid by the Customer.

A bespoke or personalised order will only be exchanged or refunds will only be made if the card is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. If they are changes in the product specifications we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If this is applicable we will inform you of these changes.

Data Protection
Art N Spice Creations will not share any information you give with any third party.
